Homeowners with a per-approved item for discussion are welcome to attend scheduled meetings of the Board on an individual basis. Board Meetings are exempt from open meeting requirements under applicable law. Since the Board meets in private homes of HOA Members, prior acknowledgement and permission needs to be provided in advance of any Board Meeting. Please send email requests with your agenda item and explanation to the Board at least 10 days before the meeting at: hoaconnection2015@gmail.com; or, call: 208-440-0660; leave a message, if no one answers right away. The Board or its representative will reply to your inquiry.
